Start Your Care Journey
Begin with the care pathway that best reflects your needs, from integrated recovery services including Shockwave, TECAR, PEMF, and Red Light Therapy to clinical evaluation, hypermobility care, and advanced diagnostics.
Choose the Right Care Pathway
The first step in fascia care is choosing the appropriate level of care. Some patients are best suited for integrated recovery and performance services, while others need clinical evaluation, advanced diagnostics, or physician-led treatment planning.
Patients with hypermobility or suspected Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) should begin with a clinical evaluation. You may also visit our Hypermobility & EDS Care page for more information.
Integrated Recovery & Performance Support
For patients seeking fascia-focused recovery services that support tissue healing, circulation, movement quality, pain reduction, and performance restoration.
This pathway includes access to Integrated Performance and Restoration sessions with Sarah, which may incorporate Shockwave, TECAR, PEMF, Red Light Therapy, and targeted fascial restoration based on your needs.
Patients with hypermobility, chronic pain, complex symptoms, or diagnostic concerns may need a clinical evaluation before beginning or continuing advanced treatment.
Hypermobility & Chronic Pain
For patients experiencing ongoing pain, hypermobility, suspected EDS, instability, recurring injury patterns, or symptoms that require a more structured clinical evaluation.
Patients in this pathway should begin with a physician-directed clinical evaluation with Dr. Jacques Courseault or Andrew Bergeron, Physical Therapist, prior to initiating advanced treatment or ongoing fascial care services.
This pathway is the appropriate starting point for patients with known or suspected hypermobility or Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome.
Initial evaluations may also include targeted fascial treatment based on your findings to support immediate initiation of care.
For patients who prefer to begin virtually, telehealth consultations with Kelli Morrell, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, are also available for hypermobility screening, guidance, and next steps prior to in-person care.
Advanced Diagnostics & Complex Cases
For patients with complex conditions, unresolved pain, failed prior treatments, performance limitations, or those seeking a deeper diagnostic understanding of fascial restriction and movement dysfunction.
This pathway begins with Dr. Jacques Courseault for physician-level evaluation and advanced diagnostic direction.
