Before stepping into leadership in healthcare, Irina was a Division I basketball player at Tulane University. That experience shaped her understanding of elite performance, injury recovery, teamwork, and the physical and mental demands placed on athletes. It also continues to influence the way she connects with patients who value excellence, structure, and a results-driven approach to care.
