What FIT GPS™ is.

Most patients have never seen the data that determines how their body actually works — how efficiently they produce energy, how their tissue responds to inflammation, how their genes shape what they need from training, nutrition, and recovery. FIT GPS™ is the program built to close that gap.

The Genomic Performance Screen is a data-driven program that combines a comprehensive blood panel — including our specialized FIT Metabolic Panel — with advanced genetic analysis covering five key health and performance domains. The result is a personalized roadmap: where your body is thriving, where it is compensating, and what specific interventions will move the needle for you.

It is the same program that supports athletic performance, fascial recovery, and long-term wellness across our practice — and it integrates seamlessly with the rest of the care we offer at The Fascia Institute and Treatment Center® of Los Angeles.

How FIT GPS™ works.

Two visits. One personalized roadmap. The process is designed to make it easy to integrate into your routine while delivering insights that meaningfully change how you live, train, and recover.

STEP 1Consultation with our Nurse Practitioner — available by televisit. A one-on-one visit to review your medical history, discuss your health and performance goals (endurance, recovery, mental clarity), and order your initial blood work, including the specialized FIT Metabolic Panel and any tests tailored to your specific needs. Many lab tests can be processed through insurance.
STEP 2Genetic Testing. At your first appointment, you receive a genetic testing kit covering five key domains: energy & metabolism, cognitive function, inflammation & recovery, exercise & weight management, and heart health. Your sample is collected in clinic or can be sent to your home.
STEP 3Personalized Plan — delivered by televisit or phone. Once your results are ready, we review your genetic and metabolic insights with you, explain how they relate to your specific health and performance picture, and deliver a customized supplement formulation built specifically around your unique lab work and genetics — addressing the deficiencies, inflammation, and recovery patterns your data actually reveals. Referrals to a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist are available for tailored meal planning. Wherever the data points, the plan follows.

What the genetic analysis reveals.

Your genetic profile is read across five health and performance domains. Each domain produces actionable insight — not theoretical curiosity, but specific patterns we can address.

DOMAIN 01

Energy & Metabolism

How efficiently your body produces energy, processes nutrients, and supports detoxification. Underlies stamina, fatigue resistance, and overall metabolic health.

DOMAIN 02

Cognitive Function

Neurotransmitter and methylation patterns that shape mood, focus, reaction time, and mental clarity — the cognitive layer of daily performance.

DOMAIN 03

Inflammation & Recovery

How your body responds to inflammatory triggers, allergens, and systemic stress — with direct implications for pain, recovery, and fascial dysfunction.

DOMAIN 04

Exercise & Weight Management

How your genetics shape what your body actually needs from training, recovery, and nutrition — allowing workouts to be calibrated to your profile and injury risk to be minimized.

DOMAIN 05

Heart Health

Cholesterol metabolism and cardiovascular markers that inform endurance capacity, recovery, and long-term cardiac wellness.

Your Custom Supplement Plan

A supplement formulation built specifically around your data — targeting deficiencies, inflammation, and the recovery patterns your blood work and genetics actually reveal. Not generic. Not guessed.

Six reasons patients choose FIT GPS™.

The same program supports very different patients, all with different goals. Here is how the data tends to land for each.

REASON 01

Relieve Fascial Pain & Improve Mobility

Fascial pain can limit movement and disrupt daily life. FIT GPS™ uncovers hidden imbalances — chronic inflammation, metabolic deficiencies — that contribute to stiffness and discomfort. By addressing root causes, we help restore mobility and quality of life.

REASON 02

Enhance Athletic Performance

A data-driven approach to training and recovery. Optimize endurance, reduce injury risk, and enhance muscle repair. Whether you are a weekend warrior or a professional competitor, the program supports peak performance.

REASON 03

Boost Mental Clarity & Energy

Many patients struggle with brain fog and fatigue without knowing the cause. FIT GPS™ pinpoints neurotransmitter imbalances and methylation deficiencies that impact focus and stamina — with targeted recommendations to regain sustained energy.

REASON 04

Simple, Effective Process

Two visits. Comprehensive blood work and genetic analysis. A personalized plan tailored to your health profile and goals. Designed to integrate easily into a busy life.

REASON 05

Televisit, Start to Finish

The entire FIT GPS program — both the consultation and the plan-review follow-up — can be completed by televisit. Bloodwork is coordinated through a local lab wherever you are. A busy life or a different time zone does not need to stand between you and a fully personalized plan.

REASON 06

Long-Term Wellness Support

FIT GPS™ is not just about short-term results. Ongoing guidance and data-driven insights give you the tools to maintain optimal health, support recovery, and prevent future issues over time.

Who FIT GPS™ is for.

Athletes who want a competitive edge based on what their genetics actually demand of training, nutrition, and recovery. Patients with fascial pain whose underlying inflammation and metabolic patterns have never been investigated. People living with fatigue, brain fog, or recovery challenges whose previous workups returned “normal.” Patients invested in long-term wellness who want a data-backed plan that is theirs alone.

If you have wondered why your body responds the way it does — and what you can actually do about it — this is the program designed to answer.

Frequently asked.

Is FIT GPS™ physical therapy or treatment?

No. FIT GPS™ is a diagnostic and planning program — it characterizes how your body works at the metabolic and genetic level and translates those insights into a personalized supplement, nutrition, and lifestyle plan. It complements the rest of our care (Fascia Medicine, the Fascia Performance Program, Hypermobility & EDS Care) by adding a data layer most patients have never had.

How does FIT GPS™ relate to fascial pain?

Fascial pain often has metabolic and inflammatory drivers that conventional workups miss — chronic inflammation, methylation issues, nutrient deficiencies, and genetic patterns that affect tissue repair. FIT GPS™ surfaces those drivers so they can be addressed directly. Many patients use it alongside Hydrofascia Release™, Prolotherapy, or our other procedural treatments to support long-term recovery.

How long does the genetic testing take?

Your sample is collected in clinic at your first appointment (or can be sent to your home if preferred). Results are typically ready within a few weeks. We schedule your personalized-plan follow-up once your results have been processed and reviewed.

Will my insurance cover any of this?

Many of the lab tests included in the FIT Metabolic Panel and additional bloodwork can be processed through insurance. The consultation, genetic testing, and personalized planning are typically self-pay services. Our team will review your specific situation when you schedule and can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement on request.

Do I have to come to Beverly Hills?

No. The entire FIT GPS program — consultation, follow-up, and plan review — can be completed by televisit. We coordinate bloodwork through a local lab wherever you are. The program was designed so a busy life or out-of-state location does not stand between you and a fully personalized plan.

Will I leave with specific recommendations or just data?

Specific recommendations. You receive a custom supplement formulation built around your blood work and genetic results, dietary and nutritional guidance, optional referral to a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for tailored meal planning, and clear next steps for coordinating any procedural care that your data suggests would benefit you.

Is this the same program offered at the New Orleans flagship?

Yes — the same program developed and refined at our New Orleans flagship is available at our Beverly Hills practice, with the same standards of care, the same data-driven approach, and the same goal: helping you understand and optimize how your body actually works.

Genetic and metabolic data, translated into a plan that is yours alone. Two visits. One roadmap. Real performance and wellness, on the terms your body actually requires.

Ready to see what your body has been keeping from you?

FIT GPS™ appointments are scheduled around your timeline. Our team will walk you through what to expect and coordinate any necessary lab work in advance.
