Shockwave and HUMAN TECAR are physician-supervised modalities offered only during the intensive weeks when Dr. Courseault is in the Beverly Hills office. Both are billed à la carte in 15-minute increments, and increments can be composed back-to-back for a longer treatment. Reach out to confirm the next intensive-week dates.

III · Booking, Payment & Policy
Transparent terms. No surprises.
We operate as a fee-for-service practice. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures each individual à la carte appointment (shockwave and TECAR during intensive weeks) and is applied toward the cost of your service. Exceptions are granted only in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the clinic. Modality 10-packs and single PEMF, red light, and OxeFit sessions are paid in full at booking. Any fee change is communicated in writing 30 days in advance.
- 50% booking deposit · Required to schedule an individual shockwave or TECAR appointment during intensive weeks. Non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the clinic. Applied to the cost of your service. Not required for pre-paid sessions and packs.
- Accepted payment · Credit cards, ACH, and personal checks. HSA and FSA cards welcome. No cash.
- Credit card processing fee · 3% applies to card payments. ACH and check waive the fee.
- Insurance · Most services are not billed to insurance. Superbills available for out-of-network reimbursement on request.
- Cancellation · 48-hour notice. Cancellations inside the window forfeit the deposit and may be charged the full appointment fee. Full policy →
- Fee changes · 30 days written notice before any fee change takes effect.
