The recommended starting point for procedural and diagnostic care. Dr. Courseault performs a comprehensive medical evaluation paired with a focused diagnostic ultrasound exam — building the clinical picture before any procedure is recommended. Established patients use the Follow-Up Visit to refine the plan as tissue responds.

IV · Booking, Payment & Policy
Transparent terms. No surprises.
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures every scheduled procedure or visit and is applied toward the cost of care. Exceptions are granted only in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the clinic. The remaining balance is payable at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. A written Good Faith Estimate is provided within three business days of scheduling, as required by the No Surprises Act.

- Accepted payment · Credit cards, ACH, and personal checks. HSA and FSA cards welcome. No cash.
- Credit card processing fee · 3% applies to card payments. ACH and check waive the fee.
- Insurance · Most procedural services are not billed to insurance. Superbills available for out-of-network reimbursement on request.
- Cancellation · 48-hour notice. Cancellations inside the window forfeit the deposit and may be charged the full appointment fee. Full policy →
